Cenergist to Install Control Flow HL2024 into residents’ Homes on Behalf of Northumbrian Water
Cenergist, a specialist water and energy company, has today announced that it will be installing the pressure independent Control Flow HL2024 into residential homes on behalf of Northumbrian Water.
Due to pressing water saving targets set by Ofwat, Northumbrian Water needs to reduce its PCC usage. Control Flow HL2024, a unique, patented, pressure independent flow controller, reduces the flow of water in the home, without affecting user experience.
Cenergist and Northumbrian Water have worked together since 2016, driving down water consumption in their water service areas. With the development of Control Flow HL2024 and its water saving benefits, Northumbrian Water was keen to trial the saving potential within its projects.
After installing the Control Flow HL2024 into residential properties within the Northumbrian Water area, Cenergist provided Northumbrian Water with measured savings of over 40 litres per property per day. This is nearly three times as much as a typical water saving audit. The Control Flow HL2024 products are now fully integrated into the water saving programmes that Cenergist runs on behalf of Northumbrian Water.
