Cenergist Appointed to Manage Water Saving Project With Ballesol Care Home, Spain
Cenergist, a leading water and energy company, has today announced the completion of its first water saving project with Ballesol Residential Care Home in Madrid.
Cenergist was appointed to review the organisation’s water saving potential whilst reducing temperature fluctuation issues within the care home. Due to high consumption within the building, Cenergist analysed the water system, pipework, and the flow rates to ascertain how it could produce savings without reducing user comfort.
Through the installation of Control Flow HL2024, Cenergist was able to reduce Ballesol Care Home’s annual water bill by 35%. It has also alleviated temperature fluctuation issues experienced during periods of peak demand. Ballesol expressed how impressed it was with the Control Flow HL2024 due to the highly engineered construct of the product, which does not increase the risk of legionella – a continuous maintenance issue within care homes.
